Just want to say thanks for all the great work Guardian Homes have done on our home over the years. When we moved in 32 years ago we knew eventually that we would have to start remodeling at some point. Since then Guardian Homes have vinyl sided our home, put in replacement windows and a new roof. We solicited many quotes each time and no one provided the total value proposition more than Guardian Homes. more

The job looks great, there were no leaks from last night`s rain, and all the water ended up running down the downspouts, so I guess it is a success! By the way, the three guys who did the roof were very pleasant and polite and good-natured, even given the pressures of time and weather. They took very good care of our property, cleaned up nicely, and most impressive to me as a pipe organ craftsman, seem to take genuine pride in their own good work. Thanks very much for Guardian Homesr good care and oversight, and Guardian Homesr patience in making sure we were kept informed of developments. I highly recommend Guardian Homes. They were very professional and prompt, not to mention high quality craftsmanship at a very reasonable rate. Guardian Homes did many large jobs for us, including a basement remodel, bedroom addition and a bathroom remodel, as well as smaller jobs such as installing a sump pump, a tub sink in our basement, and new lighting in our living room. We have always received our detailed quotes in a timely manner. When construction began, the crew was there daily, working hard and efficiently, and cleaning up at the end of each work day. They were extremely conscientious and detailed in their explanation of the days progress and the time line of what was to come. Thanks again Al for a job well done! more

Contacted Guardian Homes to get estimate for cement work. They were there the day promised, on time, etc. and finished the work 2 weeks earlier than promised. Great work and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. more

Guardian Homes did a phenominal job. They showed up on time and provided a very fair estimate. After they completed an RV pad and driveway approach I hired them again to remove and replace our cracked patio. The outcome far exceeded our expectations. They even went the extra mile and worked in a design with the expansion joints. I would recommend them to anyone requiring concrete work. more

Loved them, loved them, loved them!! They were the lowest bid out of the 3 I received. They did a fantastic job!!! So professional!! Definitely not what I am used to dealing with. They always showed up when they were supposed to. If the weather was not promoting them to work they would call my husband at 7:30 am to let him know why they would not be there that day! We picked Guardian Homes to build our home because of the outstanding quality of workmanship in the houses we toured that Guardian Homes built and the recommendations of people we knew who had built with Guardian Homes. The building process was actually easy. Guardian Homes’s expert team helped us with the many details of the design process. Every member of the Guardian Homes team, from the architect to the designer, subcontractors, project managers, and others were all detail-oriented experts who designed and built us a high quality, lovely home. Furthermore, change orders during the build can be very costly with other builders. When we wanted a change, no matter how big or small, there were no additional fees, just the difference in cost from what we originally planned. If it cost less, Guardian Homes subtracted the difference from the original bid…if it cost more than the original bid we paid only for the additional amount…No blueprint change fees or other unseen fees. And now after two years living in our home we can say that Guardian Homes has also provided great follow up on small incidentals that required adjustment. Building with Guardian Homes was really an easy and pleasurable experience. We just love our Guardian Homes home! If we build again, we would choose Guardian Homes again without hesitation. more

The selection coordinator was amazing, we don’t know how we would have done this with out her guidance. She understood our wants and needs and saved us so much time and wasted dollars. The process was flawless – entirely contrary to what we anticipated it being. Every member of the Guardian Homes team was responsive and gracious. The project management was always quick and efficient, even with the change order and estimating processes. We were extremely surprised by how smoothly the whole process went and by how close to the schedule that it stayed throughout. We generally stayed with in the anticipated initial budget. Everybody did an exceptional job and we completely agree and understand with Guardian Homes’s “inclusive price philosophy”, no hidden extras or surprise change orders! more
