I left a message and got a return call within an hour. He tried to help us diagnose it over the phone. He was helpful and friendly, and then came to our house within the hour. The solution was simple, but his service fee was still very reasonable. more

I have a home warranty that I called about my AC and they sent GUARANTEED.... it was bad... really bad. I called them because my air wasnt working, they came out and said that my service disconect wan't pushed all the way in.... OK? So they pushed it all the way in, told me it would take a while for my house to cool off since it was at 88*. After having my house set to 50 for 38 hours straight and the temp in my home not getting lower then 86* I called them back and told them something was wrong. They said they would back out first thing in the morning. It is currenlty 7:06 pm and NOBODY HAS CALLED. I finally got ahold of someone who informed me I was on "the list" and it may be another hour or so. In a very rude tone that "someone would call when they were on the way" It is currenlty now up to 90* in my home. No matter who you call you are going to have to spend money, I would call someone who is actually interested in fixing your problem and going to make sure they resolved the issue before they leave!!! Cons: double check and then triple check their work more
