It was not a bad experience just certain things that could have been pointed out in more detail during the process that I didn't notice until I got home and read through the paper...

Amazing staff! 7/13/2011

This was really the most pleasant automobile purchase I’ve ever made. I really came in to get an oil change, but Danny Poyer spoke to me in the hallway and managed to get my attention. He made me feel like I was his only customer and that he really had my best interest at heart…not just making another sell, the entire staff constantly greeted me during wait time. Amazing staff! more

Our family chose Grubbs because our daughter brought a used G20T and we thought the service and attention to detail she received was second to none. We left Acura and BMW to become proud Infiniti owners. As our cars got older we are finding out the Acura and BMW long term cost of ownership is very costly if you plan on getting maintenance done at the dealership. more

Satisfaction 12/20/2010

What I liked most was the kid treatment from Santos the Salesman and from Ashley the manager of satisfaction. I liked that at times they made sure that my car and my satisfaction were always the biggest priority. I was treated like a customer and left very satisfied. more

My experience at Grubbs Infiniti and the salesperson Mr Poyer were the best and informative that I’ve had. This is my second Infiniti Auto. My first experience in which where I purchased my first Infiniti was poor (Sewell) I will never purchase/lease another Infiniti at Sewell nor have any service. Grubb’s Infiniti is out of my way but has my business and worth the drive. True customer service! more

I had my car serviced at the Service department and my vehicle was ready at the exact time promised. My vehicle was delivered cleaner than I left it, they did an awesome job! Service personnel and especially the service manager were very courteous and professional at Grubb’s Infinti. Thanks! more

I love the massive attention I receive each time I go cruising in my new G37 coupe! 10/1/2010

I purchased the new 2010 Infiniti G37 Coupe from Grubb’s Infiniti dealership awhile back. My sales person was attentive and listened to exactly what I said. He also picked just the right vehicle for me and my lifestyle! My friends love it, but more importantly, all the girls I’ve gone on dates with has been complimenting on how such a gorgeous car I have! I love the massive attention I receive each time I go cruising in my new G37 coupe! Great job man! more

5 stars for a great customer service 9/24/2010

Went to Grubbs Infiniti, told them I wanted this and wanted that…I was pretty much giving them a hard time. Surprisingly, I was still treated with respect! They listen attentively in order to understand the source of my frustration. Very professional I must add! At the end of the day, they were able to meet my high demand as well as my satisfaction! 5 stars for a great customer service and very professional on handling difficult customer like myself. Well done! more
