DON'T GO!!! I made the huge mistake of taking my car here to replace the struts. The estimate was low - I should have guessed they had no idea what they were doing. When I got the car back the new struts started making a clunking/rattling sound, so I took it back. The lead mechanic was cold and rude and took it for a drive (in which I insisted on going with him so I could witness him hearing the noise). The noise was obvious, but he was reluctant to acknowledge it at first - I thought this to be very rude.\r

He took it back to the garage and put it on the rack and checked it out and said that the bearings needed replacing. I was appalled, as that is usually done at the same time as the strut replacement. When I took it to Les Schwab earlier for an estimate, their's included the bearing plate replacement. \r

So the idiot squirted some oil on the worn bearings and sent me on my way. It still clunks as loud as ever and the suspension is horrible. What a waste of time and money!!! \r

These people are probably only good for changing hoses, belts and tires in an emergency. Otherwise, don't waste your time - take you car to a real mechanic.
