We purchased a steak package by this company when a salesman came to our door bragging of how wonderful this meat was. How it was restaurant quality, grass fed beef. He told us they ""Guarantee their product"". I specifically asked him, so if we don't like it...""We'll come get it"" he finished my sentence. So we purchased a package worth $136. After about 2 weeks we had tried each one of the different steaks and thought they were all poorly cut, tasteless, tough steaks. My husband called the next day and asked to talk to the salesman that had come to our door. It took my husband 3 weeks and about 10 phone calls to finally talk to someone to get some information. Every time he called he was told ""customer service would call him back"" or ""the person you need to talk to is not here""...etc. When he finally talked to ""customer service"" they told him someone would be out the following week to exchange our meat because unlike what the salesman told me, they do not do refunds. Why I would want more/different crappy meat, I don't know. It has been nearly 2 weeks and we still have not seen anyone and the phone call battle has started over. We are fed up, though after researching them online (something I should have done before we bought) we are not even close to being alone with this problem.
