My husband and I were in Tucson for a conference which happened to overlap with our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I found The Grill on CitySearch, and because of the excellent reviews, made a reservation. The location is lovely, the atmosphere and decor beyond reproach. However, the food was only average. I ordered the foie gras appetizer, which was very thin and overcooked ($17). My husband ordered the scallops appetizer, which was essentially tasteless. The spinach salad was a little better. His arugula salad was really good. We both got the filet and substituted the sweet potato puree for the yukon gold puree. While it was good, it wasn't anything overwhelming. This restaurant is merely ""good"" as far as the food goes, but you're really just paying a lot of money for the atmosphere and the service.
Pros: Romantic, Excellent Service, Extensive Wine List
Cons: Average Food, Overpriced
