I walked in to the Griffin showroom at 10:30 AM, and was met immediately by John Lund Jr. I knew exactly which car I wanted to purchase (a used 2013 Ford Fusion), but he wanted to see if he could get me into a new 2016 Fusion. He saw that the used car was a better deal, and we proceeded to do the test drive. He answered all my questions, and showed me little things that made a difference in my decision. When we got back to the dealership, we quickly agreed on the deal for the car. I had my financing all in a row through my CU, and Mike the Credit guy said that if that was the case, there's no reason to try and get a better rate through Ford Credit. The paperwork was done, and I was able to get my CU to cut the check, which I was given a loaner car to go and get. Returned to Griffin, and the purchased car was all detailed and waiting for me. I was finished with the whole process by 3 PM. SO awesome was my experience! Thanks John and Mike!
