Went to Griffin Ford to buy my first (reliable) car and was extremely surprised at how smooth the whole process was. Went in with an idea of what I wanted and came out with the perfect car. This is my first interaction with Griffin Ford, they are the closest Ford dealer to our home. We've visited their used car lot over the past 6 months to find a good, reliable vehicle for our family. We test drove this truck at least 3 times, felt comfortable with the ride, sound, wheels and vehcile responsiveness. The dealer agreed to do fix-ups after the trade-in. Which they did. The fear with buying a used truck are all the potential issues after purchase. We have verbal agreement from Griffin to work with us if anything bad happens. I'm encouraged by their customer support and putting their word behind the relationship. more

I just purchased an '08 Escape XLT through Jorge. He had it ready for my test drive right when I arrived. He is personable and kept me laughing. I got more than expected for my trade-in and he promised a free fix for a questionable rust spot. I walked in to the Griffin showroom at 10:30 AM, and was met immediately by John Lund Jr. I knew exactly which car I wanted to purchase (a used 2013 Ford Fusion), but he wanted to see if he could get me into a new 2016 Fusion. He saw that the used car was a better deal, and we proceeded to do the test drive. He answered all my questions, and showed me little things that made a difference in my decision. When we got back to the dealership, we quickly agreed on the deal for the car. I had my financing all in a row through my CU, and Mike the Credit guy said that if that was the case, there's no reason to try and get a better rate through Ford Credit. The paperwork was done, and I was able to get my CU to cut the check, which I was given a loaner car to go and get. Returned to Griffin, and the purchased car was all detailed and waiting for me. I was finished with the whole process by 3 PM. SO awesome was my experience! Thanks John and Mike! more

I have had nothing but good luck with Griffin Ford in Waukesha. I have worked with them for the past 9 years, and have always had excellent care. They are willing to help you find what you are looking for, and are out to get you the best deal possible. I use their service department for a lot of my maintenance, and really like them. They do try to upsell you a lot, so you have to be aware of what you really need. more

We came to Griffin Ford looking to buy a Ford Edge, we had no idea that the perfect vehicle for us was just put out on the lot.\r \r The salesman, Roy - worked in the used car department - had an easy time of it because we were already sold on the vehicle the first time we sat inside. He was very genial and happy to show us some of the other features, and he let us take the Edge out on our own for a test drive by ourselves - we were gone at least an hour!\r \r He also was very accomodating when we offered up our trade in of our current car - and he even found some boxes to put our stuff in when we cleaned out the car to turn it over to them as part of the transaction.\r \r Kay Horn, the business manager, did a good job of explaining the financing options and other service packages, we felt we got a fair choice at what was available.\r \r The service department was also very helpful as we ordered accessory parts. Griffin Ford has a huge parts warehouse and lots of connections, supplying other dealerships with parts as well. If they can't get it - it probably does not exist.\r \r Would definitely keep the dealership in mind for another purchase in the future. more
