First of all, these people are the rudest I have ever had to deal with. No communication, no helpfulness whatsoever. They act like they are doing you an enormous favor. I overhead one of the clerks telling a man that he would have to be an extra fee if he were not there in 30 minutes. He then hung up and laughed bragging that the customer would never make it.
