Greenwood Urgent Clinic

I can't understand someone saying some of the things that Jessie said. I have gone there off and on for over 5 years and never, ever saw anything like what she described. Sounds almost like she was angry with someone when she typed up her response. I know that sometimes there are long waiting periods there, but the part about the facility being nasty never describes them. The staff there are great and the facility is always clean from when I have been there and that has been many, many times since they were my pcp for a long time. Great place and great staff. Try them for yourself. :) more

My daughter who is college student in Bowling Green went to Greenwood Urgent Care and was refused service because she did not have her actual insurance card with her. Our insurance is new and the cards have not been mailed out yet. We contacted out insurance provider who spoke with the office staff and confirmed all of my daughters insurance coverage. That was still not good enough for them as they claimed to have an office policy that states all patients must have an insurance card with them at the time of service. Not only did they turn away a sick child but the staff was rude and uncompassionate. I cannot believe a health care facility would be so uncaring and turn away a young person who was obviously sick and need to see a doctor. I did call the office manager after my daughter left and she did apologize to us for the way my daughter was treated. Bottom line is this never should have happened. Greenwood Urgent Care is NOT a place I would recommend anyone send their family or friends to. more

My husband and I were here in Feb. 2013 and it was filthy. The blinds and trashcan were dirty, the receptionist window had layers of prints on it, flyers were scotch taped to doors and peeling, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the water fountain didn't work. Not to mention the woman who sat down next to me started clipping her finger nails. We waited for two hours and when we got to the exam room I thought things would improve. There was some kind of mysterious liquid in the floor that looked like vomit next to the exam table, the baseboards had splatters on them, the trash can was dirty and the lid was thrown up on the top of the cabinets. And the best part of the exam room? There wasn't even soap in there. Hope the doctors have their own stash! more

The staff and doctors are very nice. The Doctors/nurses take their time with you. They don't rush through your visit. The prices are very fair. The wait can be long so bring a book, other times you are seeing a doctor within 10 minutes. Great place to go when you need to see a doctor. I go here as I do not have health insurance and am very comfortable with the facility. more

The staff is friendly and doctors.The doctor is very informative not like doctors in and out .Work with you when you cant you pay the whole bill. more
