The place is under renovation. I stopped by looking for possible employment a week ago and saw a couple of workers doing the flooring and painting inside. Place is looking nice. I'm a caregiver w/ 4 years of experience and a recent CNA. I stopped by around lunch time. I'm looking for employment around the Aliante and NLV area. more

The people who run the place are great & nice but the location is in north las vegas so its just average. I wish they offered more benefits to caregivers. They also required back ground checks & fingerprint checks like its high security there or sumthing. They said it required by law but I got it done & its hassle & cost me money & they require to see training diplomas & food preperation certificate or somthing & I have to go to health dept to get this done & hepatitis check & all this for little or no benefits. I need health insurance at least. Also they need more caregivers but how can they get if they demand all this education & training before hand. I rather work for casino or sumthing! Staff is over worked & not enuf caregivers & thats why they still closed. Also more people are living with their familys now days becuz of economy so good luck tryin to fill place with residants. & also north las vegas is not as good as henderson. So ur location is just average. more

I had to put my mother there because my husband and I were in the process of relocating to another state because of his job. So with the stress of moving, handling the kids' school, packing, finding a new place to live, we decided that we needed help for my mother, for the mean time, until we were settled in our new place. She stayed there a couple of months before we got her and let me tell you she didn't want to leave. She loved their activities, I liked that they took her to her doctor's appointments, she loved the food, trips to the park, & bingo nights. The co-owner is a RN, her husband is an ER doctor, the administrator was a BSN could be a RN now, one of the temp staff was a RN so They knew what they were doing & how to care for her! The caregiver they had was good too & had all the necessary training. So basically we were getting Nursing Home care for affordable Assisted Living prices. They knew how to cook too I got to try it. But anyway, recently I found out that they are not taking any residents at this time due to insufficient staffing & they may be renovating the place. I guess the staff needed a break, can't blame them it's a 24hr job & hard work! Anyway, we found a new place here in Texas, & my mom is in a assisted living place here b/c I realized we needed help with her. But it's more expensive, less trained & caring staff, & my mom misses Greenwich & las vegas. Hope they reopen again soon b/c caring & trained people like them are hard to come by. Pros: Well trained staff, great care, affordable prices, very clean home, great cook Cons: Temporarily closed due to restaffing of caregivers, administrator continuing education, & on-going renovations. Also didn't allow my mom's dog. more

First rate facility, highly trained & educated employees, great resident care, gourmet meals, caring staff, & wonderful activities. RN's on staff as well & competitive prices. Pros: Great caregivers & administrator, great meals, very clean, home-like environment, competitive pricing. Cons: Smaller facility less than 10 beds and doesn't allow pets. more
