As a vendor (10 years!), I can truly say that Angela (Oliver) in the office has just been wonderful to work with. She places her orders in plenty of time and also sees that the invoices are paid on time. She is always so friendly and still so professional. Every office needs an Angela! more

Greenway Realty gets the job done! 8/28/2010

Greenway has been our property management company for several years now. Before moving to Greenway, our finances were a bit of a mess due to prior management companies not being as conscientous and as dedicated as they could have been. Angela Oliver makes sure our finances are handled very well and all bills get paid on time. She is very concerned with doing a great job and always makes sure she is working toward the association's goals and operating within the parameters of our Board. Additionally, both John Ashworth and Lance Berger are great resources as well. They are always very eager to come up with ideas and strategies to get the most out of our budget while working within the framework of our bylaws and rules and regs. more

Greenway Realy Management has been the association manager for our office condo association for the past several years. Lance Berger and his team have been extremely professional, proactive in their approach, and very responsive when unexpected situations have arisen. They have also been very helpful in resolving issues created by the previous management company. Great Service 8/24/2010

I have been really pleased and have 2 properties with Greenway Management. Angela Oliver has been most helpful with my account espically coming over from brand X management company that really messed my account up. I couldn't have gotten it straight without her! She has been helpful in keeping one property straight from the other and ensuring I find the right person when I have additional question. Way to go and Thanks! more

Kate Short, Lance Berger and John Ashworth at Greenway are all very responsive and qualified. Kate Short has been our property manager for the last two years. She is personable, very professional, responsive to our needs, timely with any required tasks, and she brings the full knowledge and expertise of Greenway's experience to our Homeowner's Association.
