I had Chad out to fix my air conditioning system. I used greenstar in the past and was pleased with the service. I like this company.

Fantastic Services 2/9/2012

I recenlty had some minor plumbing problems in my home. I contacted Greenstar and was very impressed with the service provided. The employees i talked to were very professional and polite. The tech showed up on-time and was able to finish in a timely manner. I high recommend contacting Greenstar for any services you may need. more

Great Plumbing Services in Orange County 2/4/2012

I recently moved into Fountain Valley and the home I inherited needed some plumbing repairs done; being a single mom, safety is as important to me as good service; I was drawn to Greenstar Home Services because of the name, I prefer to do business with companies that are environmentally friendly every chance I get. Calling random call centers is not my thing; its always so nerve wracking for me. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful the voice was on the other end of the phone and they had same day availability for me at no extra costs. The tech arrived within his window of time, gave me a written upfront estimate and was able to complete all of the plumbing repairs in the same day and best of all, he cleaned up after himself. I will be recommending this company to my friends on facebook and I do plan to use their AC services for the summer. Those of you who know me know that I am very finicky and its hard to impress me so when I find a company that strives to provide excellence service for their customers; I have to give them props! more

great experience 1/30/2012

I had greenstar come out to check my water heater and the pipes where all corroded and he changed all that out, now I have nice hot water, that we did not have before. The service person that came out was scott very nice and clean, than I asked if he could show me where to change the filter in my forced air heater, and he did it for me no charge, I could not find out myself where it goes, I had never done it before, my husband had a stroke and could not do it. I will call them again was very impressed with scott, good co man. more

furnace install 1/29/2012

Chad did a great job with my new furnace. Very neat and he swept up my driveway when he was done. I saw the furnace online for half the price but I guess that was just for the furnace. more

GREAT WATER :) 1/21/2012

Called Green Star originally to fix my clogged bathroom toilet. The guy that came out did a good job fixing it for me. We got to talking about the very poor water conditions and I decided to go with the filter that cleans the whole house. I have had it in now for a few days and I cant believe the difference in my water when I take showers and baths. Chlorine is gone and the water is very clean. more

Mail postcard 1/12/2012

Recived a card in the mail for a notice on my tank water heater and decided to call. I originally thought it was a scam but the girl on the phone explained what the mailer was about. I havnt had the service ever so I decided to give them a try. Overall the plumber was good and didn't try to sell me anything like most service companies. more

Not what you would expect 1/5/2012

The plumber I had was very well spoken and clean. Didn't smell like a ash tray and wasn't a hairy mess like most plumbers. Professional all the way. The reason for only four stars is I felt the price for the valve was high. more

Water heater installment 12/30/2011

I had Greenstar come out and work on my water heater. The found out my problem and told me what I needed and gave me options. I shopped around and they were the best of anywhere around. They replaced my water heater with a much more efficient system and offer no charge call backs. They are easily the most legit company in the plumbing industry. more

Dan did a good job 12/29/2011

Dan was very pleasant to talk to. He hooked the hose up to my water tank and removed the sand. He let me keep my coupon to use for a new toilet next year. I have a poodle and donated the dollar to the dog shelter which I think is a very good idea. more

Home water filtration 12/12/2011

Ok, so after three months of having the central water filtration in my house I promised Jack I would write a review on city search about the product and service.After he called to remind me :) I am writing to say the water filtration is great and the chlorine free water is great. Jack and the Greenstar team provide very good service. I am recommending them to my neighbor for the same water system. more

Green card 11/29/2011

These guys have a cool little green club card. I work in advertiisnig and the print and identitiy package green star has is one of the best. The cost of the new water heat I had put in was high, but I picked the premier package and it came with a 12 year warranty and all kinds of extra features. more

Drain 11/21/2011

Greenstar had to come back to my home twice to unclog the bathroom drain. They came right back and maid multiple calls from the manager to make sure I was happy. The plumber tried to recommend a whole house jet service which I felt was not needed. I believe they are a good company. Very handsome plumber. more

Very Nice 11/19/2011

I own four rental properties in Laguna Beach. I found Greenstar on the internet when I was searching for a plumber to fix one my tank less water heaters. I delt with Eric over the phone and the service I recieved was very personal and professional. I gave him a credit card over the phone and he called and communicated all options every step of the way. Great service and now I will be using Greenstar for all my homes in Laguna Beach. They are doing my furnace maintenance today on all my proerties (on a Saterday) and the high level of service is holding true. more
