I recently moved into Fountain Valley and the home I inherited needed some plumbing repairs done; being a single mom, safety is as important to me as good service; I was drawn to Greenstar Home Services because of the name, I prefer to do business with companies that are environmentally friendly every chance I get. Calling random call centers is not my thing; its always so nerve wracking for me. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful the voice was on the other end of the phone and they had same day availability for me at no extra costs. The tech arrived within his window of time, gave me a written upfront estimate and was able to complete all of the plumbing repairs in the same day and best of all, he cleaned up after himself. I will be recommending this company to my friends on facebook and I do plan to use their AC services for the summer. Those of you who know me know that I am very finicky and its hard to impress me so when I find a company that strives to provide excellence service for their customers; I have to give them props!
