I was impresed with how quickly they returned my call. They were very competitive in pricing. They did a very good job. They also did several things that helped with keeping cold air out (caulking and sealing an open space) that they suggested and did not charge me for. Workers were very polite and cleaned up work well. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. more

GOT SCREWED BY GREENSERVE.....CHECK ANGIES LIST IMMEDIATELY. HE HAS SCREWED OTHERS TOO...... \r \r THIS WAS AN $1,100 JOB. \r \r Provider was asked to drill holes into drywall and pump installation into garage walls. Was also asked to lay insulation on rafters. Company showed up on first day. Their machines broke 3/4 of the way through the job. They told me that they'd have to come back another day to finish the job. They asked me to pay them for the work that they had done that day which I agreed to. \r Another appointment was scheduled. They showed up and pumped the insulation into the walls of my garage. To do so, they had to drill about 30 three inch round holes into my garage walls. They pumped the insulation into the walls. They told me that they would have to order 3 inch round plugs to finish my job. They told me that they were on order and that it would be done in a week. They asked if I wouldn't mind paying for the job in advance even though they hadn't finished plugging the holes. I agreed because in conversation they told me that they were ""Born again Christians"" and that they were ""good for it"". \r A week passed by and I never heard from them. I called them 5-8 times AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. \r So they have received full payment for a job which was never completed.....I SHOULD HAVE CHECK OUT ANGIES LIST. TURNS OUT HE’S SCREWED SOME OTHER PEOPLE TOO…… \r more

Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially regarding ""rebates from utility companies and others, this saved me a LOT of money. Did their best to meet my schedule and preformed the work to my satisfaction at an attractive price. Great Job! more

Dealing with GreenServe was the best experience I've had with any company in a long time! I was impressed with how quickly they returned my call. They did a very good job insulating our home in New Irving Park. Additionally, they also did several things that helped with keeping cold air out (sealed an open chase) that they suggested at no additional charge. Contacted Greenserv insulation about getting some work done. They rated highly on another website. Don't know why though. I made an appointment and was called the day of the appointment and was told he had an emergency and could not come. So another appointment was scheduled for the following week. He not only missed that appointment but never called either. Have never heard back from him. After taking time from work, I will not try again. This is the ""sales"" portion too. If it's that rocky before the work is started, I don't want to experience the customer service after my check is cashed. more
