The contract is tricky. If you do not remember when your membership is up it will automatically roll into a new one. Sam, the manager, was nice enough to coveer the verbeage of the contract from the previous year with me and because I was 3 weeks into the new contract I was stuck. It is the first option you have to initial you know. Nice of her to point that out. I was hoping for some understanding but she quoted the contract verbeage again. She advised me that she will turn me into a collections agency if I tried to stop payments to the club. I had no choice but to comply rather than get a mark on my credit. She was kind enough to remind me that my credit could be tainted if she files. I would not be so upset if this was a nicer club but it is not. I guess I am just a stupid customer. Its like going back to your high school gym to work out. Most of the equipment is 1980's, but the atmosphere is laid-back and pleasant. More middle aged folks and a lot of people trying to get back in shape. Its not a hipster place to meet a lot of gym bunnies. I like being able to work out without having the stress of having to act cool, etc. \r The SAUNA is EXCELLENT! This is the hottest one I've ever found in N. America (I lived in the Baltics and Scandinavia before). IF you like sauna, you have a large mixed-sex wood paneled steam room at your disposal, next to a nice pool and a hot tub. \r All in all the place is function over form. You can find cheaper, and you can find cooler. But if not being nervous to go to the gym and/or a GREAT Sauna is what you need... more
