Absolutely horrible experience. Green's had agreed to steam (just steam) my satin wedding dress, when my mom showed up to pick it up, first they gave her the wrong dress - and then argued with her that it was the correct dress. When they finally located my dress, they had attempted to clean it (they weren't supposed clean it AT ALL) and it was spotted and dirty and more wrinkled then when we dropped it off - needless to say, it was not in wearable condition, let alone, wedding-ready. The owner/manager was did not apologize, yelled at my mom, was rude, refused to re-clean and press the dress and told her to leave. I have never witnessed such a horrible business. Once we get the dress back from a Seattle cleaner (no one in the area could handle the damage Green's had done - Blue Linen Rental in Lewiston was a life-saver and worked on the dress the best they could last minute), and get the bill, we will be sending it to Green's. \r

The groomsmen also used Green's for the tuxes - every tux was returned in worse shape than it was dropped off. I really think they are doing an experiment on how long a bad business will last - use them only if you are willing to ruin the item - you are better off handwashing anything.
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: potentially ruined a wedding dress, tuxes in horrible condition, rude staff
