Last move with Green Van Lines has been a memorable move altogether. Their on time completion, commitment & honesty impressed me a lot. After working for over 40 years in a Texas public school system me and my wife decided to retire and live out our days in Colorado. This was my first move and I was really scared. I have never moved more than 20 miles in my life. I decided to call Green Van Lines after doing a good amount of research. I called them up about a month prior before my move. I worked out all the details with a consultant named John. Such an wonderful person and great to communicate. The entire move me utmost satisfaction as every item is scratch free. Green Van Lines is a moving company, which you can trust on. We are a family of 7 and we contacted Green Van Lines for our move. The crew was accurate on the phone while explaining me all the details about the move and then also provided a fair estimate. What impressed me a lot was their prompt service during the entire move. I would recommend Green van lines to anyone that is moving. Their customer service was outstanding and their movers were professional, friendly and fast! I have moved every two years for the last decade and have always had one disaster or another. I gave Green van lines a try because they were eco-friendly (which pleased my wife) and their sales rep (Misty Way) was so much more informative about the details of our quote and our insurance information. Their price seemed higher than the other companies, but Misty showed me all the wholes and tricky wordage used by other companies. \r \r \r On moving day, I was nervous because the movers called and said they were running a few minutes late but they showed up only 15 minutes late and even brought coffee for me and my wife. The foreman (Ty) was very professional and explained the process and how the next 4-5 hours would be outlined. He went over all the paperwork and they got right to work. They got the whole thing loaded in 3 and 1/2 hours!!!\r \r \r I was told by Misty that my delivery could take as long as 14 business days (which worried me), but I got my stuff in less than a week! The delivery driver was friendly and professional and there was only one box damaged.\r \r \r All things considered it was the smoothest move I've had to date. I will be referring people from my department at work .
