System inspection by Kyle 5/8/2017

Kyle did my last inspection. He explained every step to me. I purchased your maintenance agreement on 7/01/2014. My system was installed in the summer of 2010 when my house was built. Therefore, the system is only a few years old (almost 7) and without problems. If at some point I have a problem I will test your maintenance agreement and hopefully give you a 5 star report again at that time. more

Visit of Green Valley Cooling and Heating Technician 03-29-17, Mike B 3/31/2017

I was very much impressed with Mike's service visit. He not only performed required services, he investigated the condition of the AC coil and suggested a thorough cleaning. I have had a GVC&H contract since 1993 and this was the first time I have ever seen this the chamber opened exposing the dirty environment. Further, he provided other simple homeowner tips e.g. washing down heat exchanger with garden hose. All in all it was an exceptional performance by a highly qualified, knowledgeable and helpful technician. more

Great Sevice from a very well spoken and honest man. 3/21/2017

Erik acted in a very professional in many ways. He fully explained the report after he had completed the inspection. He also repaired an issue that we had been experiencing in the colder season when the heat pump would start up and make a loud noise. He comes across like a genuine person and he really knows his trade. Great service rep. more
