I want to tell you guys my story, I had them come out just this morning. and now I'm writing a review. (which is a first for me, I normally don't do this)... anyway. the tech came on time 8am sharp! he was so nice knew what he was doing, when he started the work he made sure I knew what needed to be done. he gave me my set price and made sure I gave them the ok to start... once I said yes, and agreed to the price he started. he cleaned 4rooms and steps within a w two hour period. he took his time. and he made sure he eliminated all of the stains. that's the main thing I wanted gone. they did it!!! the carpet is dry now. I'm looking at it as I'm writing this review. it looks cleaner than ever. I give them an 'A"" for everything. from there services to their availability. to their professional techs. thank you so much more
