I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta from Green Ford, and could not be happier! The original vehicle that was ordered for me was damaged in a hurricane en route to NC, so they quickly searched for one at other dealerships. They found one that was exactly the same as the initial one I ordered and went to get it (in another state) the same day! That night I met with my previous salesman who was very polite, knowledgeable, and overall a wonderful person. He (and his managers) were very concerned with my needs and my satisfaction with the deal. A few months prior, I also came to Green Ford to get my tires rotated, wheels aligned, oil changed, and brake pads replaced. The service was done quickly but perfectly. The service department was a pleasure to work with and they gave me a great price. Green Ford has always treated me well, and I'll definitely be going back to their business, and you should too! Best experience ever We recently purchased a new Ford Fusion from Green Ford. The sales department treated us like royalty and I love the car. The price was many hundreds cheaper than everywhere else we shopped. The service department was fast and a pleasere to visit. We will never buy anywhere else!!!!!! more

I live in Raleigh and after dealing with one of the dealers here, I decided to look in other cities for a new Ford Edge. The mechanic at the garage I use recommended looking in Greensboro. Green Ford has been a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. Tonja is their internet person - she found me the car I wanted with all the options I was looking for. You could tell she really knew the vehicle. Harold and Chris handled the sale and were also great. Anthony handled the financing. I thought they all were very above board and listened to what I wanted. A VERY different experience than the other places I dealt with. Some of the negative reviews are older. I recently purchased a 2011 Mustang GT from Green Ford. I LOVE MY CAR and I had the best experience from green ford. I had visited many other dealerships in the area looking for a new car and I felt that they did not treat me seriously since I am young. All of the employees I dealt treated me fairly and with respect. I met a few employees in the service department as well and they were all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to everybody!!! more
