Kudos To Joey 4/4/2011

Ive got to give kudos to Joey Towley at Green Ford For The Great Job He Did for me. This Purchase Was the result of Me totaling my 2007 Mustang, just 2 days before going to Colorado for Christmas Vacation. I Contacted Joey From Colorado and he completed the transaction on the 2011 Mustang while i was in Colorado. I just told him the color that i wanted, and he handled the rest of the details, He even picked me up from the airport so i wouldnt have to rent a car. We completed the paperwork that evening and i was in the new car the same day i returned from colorado. Great Service, Great Deal, Great People at Green Ford. Thank You For The Experiance more

I Only went to The Ford Dealership to Appease My Son And Husband, I thought i really wanted a Camry Hybrid, Green Ford Was a great experience from the very first minutes when Kerry handed over the keys to test drive on our own to when we took delivery. Kerry made Sure every step along the way that we were informed. He picked up on the fact that there were some features that i really wanted when my husband seemed ready to close the deal. Kerry Searched for the exact car that matched my wishes, Perfectly and told us we could have it in two days, (One of the Days Was Sunday) He called us to Follow up between purchase, delivery and since then, Just An Overall Great Experience. more

Overall quality of truck is pretty good. There are a couple of issues Ford has no fix for at this time which concerns me.This has no reflection on service dept. As for service I have received the best overall service from Green Ford and for the first time will buy an America car for my next work vehicle. It will be purchased from Green Ford. more

Excellent service. 1/13/2011

I am new to Greensboro been here a couple of weeks. Truck started making a bad noise in front left wheel. I knew it was a bearing gone bad. I called Green Ford spoke with Mark Kirkman a service advisor he had me bring truck in that day. It was a wheel bearing and he advised me cost of repair and then went a step further and said he could cover it under my Ford extended service agreement. Repair was done same day. Excellent service. We will continue to take our vehicle to Green Ford. 1/10/2011

We have a Ford minivan that is still under warranty. We have had to take it in a couple of times for minor repairs, and both times we have taken it to Green Ford (we did not buy the car there). The service has been very good, and everyone who works there is very friendly. They have also worked quickly so that we could get our van back as quickly as possible. We will continue to take our vehicle to Green Ford. more
