I started frequenting this dive while working in El Cajon in the 90's. I've probably visited this place over 20 times over the years, and it NEVER has disappointed me. I make a point to stop at this place every time I am in San Diego, as I'm out of town now. My standard order is combo #11 to go with enough Greek salad, pita bread, greek style chicken, kabob ( I go for the chicken), gyro, tsatziki and dressing to serve two maybe three people. The only negative is that they don't have spanokopita.\r

I affectionately call this a dive. It is a fast food restaurant (no table service) with a drive thru. The building looks like an old Arby's or Burger King, but they have been there at least 14 years, and over the years the place has been spruced up. It is clean and the workers there are way above average for fast food joints. I've never had a problem with an order or an attitude. You can catch a game on cable there if you dine in, but the great tasting food is the attraction that keeps me coming back. The food is a great deal. I don't recall exactly how much Combo #11 costs but it's around $14.
Pros: Taste and cost
Cons: No spanokopita
