Great place to tan.. excellent prices! not sure what Courtney H was complaining about but I have never had a problem with the staff! And to ask for the manager/owners number is ridiculous.. i'm sure if she left her number the owner would have called her! Try going into any business and ask for the owners number and see what the response will be!! :) Pros: $3.00 tan...30 beds more

I was very disappointed in Great Tans. I came in from a promotional flyer then when I wanted to pay to upgrade it became a real hassle. The clerk would not give me the number for the manager or offer a solution. Then when I tried to use the various beds offered in my package I found out only two were available at this location (one was a BASIC BED!!) and I could not go to a different location with my package. This is false advertising. Then she says they are going out of business soon! YEAH I SEE WHY! No more Great Tans regardless of the location. I feel ripped off, stuck using these lame beds for a month. more

i went to this tanning salon with a friend to try it out. the attutude we received from sales clerk at the counter was indifferent. the beds were nice, clean, spacious and affordable... however the ""DO NOT"" handwritten signs posted all over the salon were very distracting. i know that all businesses have rules for a reason, but i found this slightly tacky. i would not usually comment negatively about a small local business. i would normally just choose not to return. on this occasion, the sales clerk failed to give my friend and i the correct drivers license back after she registered us. needless to say, this ended up being a HUGE inconvenience. i will choose to pay a few more dollars at another salon to avoid this in the future.. more
