I would highly recommend Great Green Cleaning. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I got home not only was the house spotless but they changed the light bulbs in my chandelier and took apart and cleaned the dusk out of my fan. All of this while working around my three dogs. At first, I was apprehensive about hiring a maid. However, minutes after she arrived, my worries were put to rest!! Annette was a joy and removed stains from the tile that I thought were permanent. Because we have animals, it was very important that no harsh chemicals were used; because Great Green Cleaning only uses earth-friendly products, we are a perfect fit! OMG! Besides charging an outrageous $40/hr, the products they supply are like water with a little baking soda and the cleaning equipment looks like it's been through WWII via China. (I mean, it's like dollar store stuff and very dirty - not even green). My cleaner brought a scrub brush that had hair and bits of dirt all over it and the vacuum, when turned on, spewed brown dust. When I asked to see the bag, it was COMPLETELY FULL. Yuckies! I called the office and was told ""we don't guarantee the equipment, just the service"". Then they had the nerve to double bill me and the duplicate was not removed for 6 days. more

Friendly phone/reception person and downhill from there. Telemarkety ""sales"" team with pressure tactics, high-priced, semi-trained cleaners.....and like another reviewer, they brought a vacuum with a clear plastic container that was FULL of dirt. Bad follow-up when I complained. Well, once they get your money..... more

My mother was place in a nursing home. She was a hoarder. There was so much garbage you could not see the floors. The management company demanded I clean out the space. They were not only punctual, they arranged for a dumpster arrival. The team was positive and energetic and held my hand through the process. I heard about this company when I was researching places for my business, New York Jiu Jitsu. They are always punctual and very professional at work so I decided to give them a try in my home. I was not disappointed. They arrived at the scheduled time and were friendly and courteous. She did a great job and cleaned things I had never even thought about cleaning. Very thorough and considerate of my privacy. I will definitely use them again in my home and will continue to enjoy their service in the work place. Two thumbs up!!!! more

Yesterday two women from Great Green Cleaning Service came to work on my apartment- Mira and Annette. They were phenomenal. I have not seen the apartment this clean since we moved in- they are so detailed and efficient and the hardest workers. On top of all that, they are so pleasant and upbeat. What can I say...I can't believe how great of a job they did. The woman who cleaned was on time, nice, and very thorough. We're not messy people, but having Great Green come in and do a proper cleaning makes a world of difference. I had been telling my girlfriend that I would clean the house for about a week and she was down to her last straw. she left for work at 1pm and said "" this better actually be done when i get home"" (she gets off around 9pm) I grabbed my Good Ol Iphone and started searching the internet for maid services in my area. After calling many companies and finding mostly answering machines I came across Great green cleaning I called them up and badabang! the customer service was beyond amazing, the staff was very friendly and came dressed with ID. The work was unbelievable, and my Girlfriend did not leave me. This all took place in less then 1 hour. Called, Scheduled, arrived, cleaned, left- SUCCESS Overall the cleaning was very detailed and the staff member really made me feel good about having her in my house ( I think her name was Lindsay) at the end of the cleaning she walked me threw my apt and explained where she had put everything! 5 stars!
