I would like to say that Great Bay provided ""fast, friendly service"", or some such blurb... but I couldn't even get them to answer their phone!!! No secretary or receptionist ( I think when and if I do actually get to talk to someone, I will offer myself up for the position), not even an answering machine, or ""sorry we are out of the office..."" message!! My air conditioner crapped out on me the other night, and I have not been able to contact them yet! The unit was installed in Feb of '06, and needed a warranty repair by about July '07. Now it is October (thank goodness it's not the middle of July or August!) '08, and I need another service call from these people. It should still be under warranty, so I need THIS company to get the repair, only they seem to have vanished from the radar completely!!! If anyone happens to be bored enough to read this rant, and has any information on alternate ways of contacting this business, please respond...

Cons: it's HOT!!! where is the Air Conditioning Business when you need it? Not answering their phone, I can tell you that!
