My advice to you: DO NOT BUY A SUBARU OUTBACK! Before you buy, Google this phrase: "Subaru Outback Head Gasket Problems" It will tell you all you need to know. And if, after reading up on it, you STILL buy an Outback, DO NOT TAKE IT TO GRAYSON FOR SERVICE. Three times in a row I was there. Each time they told me i needed over a thousand dollars work done. They constantly push for the "up-sell." The profits in selling cars have dropped in recent years. Dealerships made little profit on selling cars. They are now making it up in the service departments. This place is the worst. I would not trust them. more

New to Knoxville/New to Grayson 7/1/2011

We contacted Subaru over the Internet and received immediate response and follow-up from the sales staff. We were very pleased with the service we received when we arrived at the dealership. Courteous and responsive. The price was fair, the financing went smoothly. Randy Carter, our salesperson offered art supplies and snacks to our five year old to make her car buying experience even better. I highly recommend Grayson. more

dont buy hail damage 6/19/2011

Bought a used car with hail damage. Was told 2 or 3 thousand to repair. After purchase the estimate was $7000. I asked next day to return the car. This was not allowed. Very unhappy with experience. more

I had a great experience early on. So much so that I returned after going to other car dealerships. Other dealerships had just as much to offer but I felt like my salesman could be trusted and wanted me to walk away with a car. Many of the other salesmen I experienced acted like they sale cars "a dime a dozen". My only concern was the wait time and follow up after I made my purchase. There was extensive wait times throughout the process. I was promised (not by my salesman. A manager I think) a replacement bulb for a missing light on the front of the car and that I could get it in a week. Its been about a month since I bought my car & I havent recieved a call about the replacement bulb. I eventually called myself and also requested a maintenace report on the car so I could know when the last oil change ect was. I was told that he (not the manager but my salesman) would check and get back in touch with me. I still havent recieved that phone call. When I get the time I will call again or make a in person visit to the dealership. I am please to say that I went to get an oil change despite knowing if it was time or not and the bodyshop workers were impressed at how well my used car has been kept. This made me feel really good to know that things weren't going to fall apart as soon as I drove it off the lot. Overall, I rate this experience a 4. I would return and recommend friends and family. more

Outstanding Service 2/21/2011

I just bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra from Grayson. The salesman, Robert, worked to give me a deal that superseded my expectations. After the deal was sealed Robert sat in the car with me and went over all the features, even setting the clock. I would definitely buy from them again. more
