I was very disappointed by the length of time they took to repair collision damage, and they provided little to no information on what was going on! Every time I called (they never called me), I kept getting the "working on it, call back in a couple days". This went on for about a month. Very frustrating. At this point, I will not purchase any product or service in MA, with the Grava name. more

Great service 7/19/2011

Let me start of by saying after going to several dealerships because of a problem with my Chrysler Crossfire conv top and getting no answers, Grava was like a breath of fresh air! They took my (baby) and took great care of it. And John Lee, the mechanic fixed the top! (i am sooo happy about that!!) I am not having any problems with it now and I am so grateful! The service writers were great and everyone was so friendly! I will definitely be back... and will definitely have John lee work on my vehicle again! Thank You Thank You for the great service!!!! more

The best 7/14/2011

I was absolutely amazed at the body work and how it handled in subsequent days of driving. Perfect paint match, original Chrysler parts. No wobbles, clicks or whistles. When minor issues arose (fuses, stuttering power windows,) I called John and he insisted I stop in immediately. He had them fixed within minutes. I'd like to never see John or his team again. If it's unavoidable, I'll know to expect nothing but the best. more

The experience was so easy 7/6/2011

I bought my 3rd car from Grava last week! The experience was so easy and the sales people were very friendly. I took it across the street for an inspection sticker and got right in. I waited for 10 minutes and was on my way. I was greated with smiles and hellos and enjoyed a cup of coffee while watching tv in the waiting room.The sales and service were clean and ran in an organized fashion. I would def reccommend and will be coming back for services and my 4th car in a few years!! Thanks Grava for excellent service! more

Grava has always given me great service in all Dept. Recently I locked my keys in my car out of town.The nearest dealership was not helpful,and I was a wreck. Thank God for John Leo in the service dept. He made calls offered good advice,was kind,even called me back to make sure I was ok.I will never forget his kindness. more
