Dr. Grant is a nice doctor; however, the communication in his office and with his office manager is horrible. I have been given the runaround for two years now with the office manager, who will now refuse to speak with me. When the initial situation resolved itself I never received an apology call and have been told consistently what a 'poor' customer I am. I have always paid my bills and they actually owed me money (I even have a credit with their office of $450)! Now they are attempting to charge me for services I've already paid for, and never communicate anything with me when my teenagers go for their visits. I have two more children that will need braces and I will never recommend this office to them - I like Dr. Grant, but he does not do anything positive regarding customer service and that is disappointing.
Pros: Inexpensive, No down payment
Cons: Poor customer service, Poor communication
