This store caters to males. Every time I have gone up to the guitar counter, I have seen the employees wait on every single male before they will wait on me, and that includes men who have waltzed in the door a full ten minutes after I started to wait.\r \r There is nothing in that store I can't find elsewhere with far better service.\r \r Running a condescending boys' club in this day and age is inexcusable. more

Grandmas outta check out employees before they put em in the store cause they got an ex stripper working there. How ghetto is that? Besides they charge way too much for their stuff. more

I had a return of a rather large drum set; I wanted to exchange it but only had brought in the original receipt with itemized bill. I had forgotten the credit card. I was told I needed the card to credit my account. I had already unloaded the drum set and was then told that the owner would not allow me to leave the large drum at the store until I returned with my credit card; or rather i may, but they would not be responsible for it! I had to reload the drums and drive home, but it was now too late to go back because they would then be closed. I then had to unload the drums and now this a.m reload yet again. Needles to say I 'am not going to exchange them but only get a refund and never ever go back again. I will take a day off just to picket the store!!!! Besides the fact, the owner let one of the most knowledgeable employees he had in more
