Grand Valley Dental

I was a patient at this location about 4 months ago for an emergency procedure (cracked tooth). I was not only taken in immediately (versus the Division location which told me that I would have to wait about 30 days), but the front desk person, the dental assistant and a the doctor were all professional, friendly and informative. I liked them so much that my file was permanently moved from the Division Avenue location to the Jenison location. Now, I must make an appointment for next week so we will see. But for now - they get a 4 out of 5. more

I could not believe how rude the gal that answered the phone was. There was no need for her to treat anyone the way she treated me. There was not one note of friendliness in her voice at all. I called both the Jenison office and the Grand Rapids office and they were both rude and ugly people that I talked to. The lady at the Jenison office was blatenlty rude and did not seem to care if I were the govenor or who I was. The lady at the Grand Rapids office who had a hispanic accent answered and said hold please in a manner that made me think that I was interuppting something between her and the president, put me on hold for at least 13 minutes at which time I hung up. Not a friendly customer service place to feel respected and cared for. If those are the kind of people they hire to man their phones I do not want to know what the dentists are like. more
