Grand Rapids Rampage

Watching the Grand Rapids Rampage play is a blast. I'm not a huge sports fan, but seeing the Rampage play is a great change of pace. Arena football is hardhitting and fast paced, and the Van Andel arena is an excellent place to see a game. Plus there are plenty of great bars and restaurants close by for after the game. more

The Rampage is Grand Rapid’s local arena football franchise. Arena football, for those who haven’t heard of it, is football played on a 50-yard field with adapted rules for playing in indoor arenas. It is a fast-paced, high scoring affair that is extremely exciting to watch. Currently, the season begins just after college and professional football seasons have come to a close. Van Andel Arena is very well suited for playing arena football and just about every seat in the house will provide you with a decent vantage point to enjoy the game. While ticket prices are very reasonable, beer and concession prices seem a bit high for a semi-professional sport. Also, parking anywhere near the arena on game day will cost you about $5. more
