The staff is always helpful even when a patient is under a stressful situation. They recognize a patients needs as individual treatments and not generalized.

Worst

I had a very painful experience with the staff at this I360 and Camp Wisdom Urgent Care Center. It is noteable to say that I was in great pain, and needed help. This was a brut...

I love going to Grand Prairie Urgent Care! Everyone is so sweet there. I have been going for 2 1/2 yrs. was sorry to hear Dr Been wasn't there anymore. I can't remember the Nurse Practioner name but she is AWESOME...i like her alot. Looking forward to meeting the new doc. keep up the good work yall! :) more

I've been a patient for 3+ years. Everything is always great in terms of medical care and admin support. There is a wait to get in and be seen, but I know that's always a possibility and prepare for it and it is totally worth the walk-in format. As long as I know I'll be seen that day and not have to wait days for an inconvenient appointment time at some other clinic. I love it here. Dr. Beene is great and makes sure all my issues are addressed and discussed. more
