This was my first time here and I got great service from Erin and Barbara, they were excellent. The waiting time was a little long but I was expecting that since it is an urgent care facility. Overall Erin and Barbara were very caring and had great manners. It was easy and thorough to check in. more

I have gone to Grand Prairie Urgent Care a number of times. Since I am established patient I can call ahead a get an idea when they can see me. I called late one evening with chest congestion and asked it I could be seen that night. It was about 7:30 and they told me they would wait as long as I got there in the next 45 minutes. I got there at 8pm and all the paperwork and everything was set to go. I got right in and out in 30 minutes had my presciption and was feeling better by the next morning. Highly recommended. more

I had a very painful experience with the staff at this I360 and Camp Wisdom Urgent Care Center. It is noteable to say that I was in great pain, and needed help. This was a brutal three hour experience during my time of need. I was hurting, and obviously in pain. The staff treated me like I was an inconvenience, and allowed three people to go in front of me by failiing to enter my paperwork in the computer in a timely manner. I went to the window crying in pain and plead, ""please let me go in and use the restroom and lie down for a moment, I hurt."" Three women behind the desk began running around yelling ""what's WRONG with HER???"" as though I wasn't standing there everyone in the waiting room hearing my problems shouted out loud. A lady with long brown hair, very rough around the edges, gruffly said, ""the doctors not going to see you if you are in that much pain. she's going to want you to go to the ER."" I explained school was closed due to poor road conditions, and that I was in the right place to receive medical attention. Finally, as I double over whincing in pain, another patient in the waiting room kindly walked up to me and held my elbow and said ""Ma'am are you okay? Can I help you?"" The staff begrudgingly opened the door, and said in front of everyone in the room ""You can go back and give some URINE in a specimin cup, but the Doctor probably isn't going to see you if you are hurting that bad, and that I needed to go sit back in the waiting room to ""log myself onto their computer, and check in!!!!"" I was flabbergasted. After already spending an hour and forty five minutes waiting, come to find out, they hadn't even put me in the system. I was the second person in the room that morning and the 7th to be seen. more

After waiting 5 hours I was told they would have to send me to the ER because they didn't have any medicine for migraines. more

I had a severe migraine, and after taking a dose of Imitrex which my fp prescribes for me, didn't work, I called GP Urgent Care and asked if they had some injectable Imitrex they could administer to me to relieve my head pain. They said they were out of injectable Imitrex, but they would be happy to give me a pain shot for relief and the doctor would write a prescription for injectable Imitrex that I could take to a pharmacy and have it filled. I was a little hesitant, thinking that maybe I should just go to the ER, but the girl on the phone told me the wait would be an hour and a half. I figured the ER would be about a 3 hour wait so I decided to go to GP Urgent Care. OMG,, was that the BIGGEST mistake of my life. The first lie was the hour and a half wait. I was there for, are you ready for this? FIVE HOURS!!! When I finally did see the doctor my head was about to explode! Now for the real kicker....She said all she could do for me was give me a shot of Toradol and Phenergan!!! I said 'What are you talking about?"" ""Your employee on the phone said i could get a pain shot to relieve my excruciating pain and you would give me a prescription for injectable imitrex?"" She said all they can do there is refer you to the ER for the pain shot! So that was the second lie. I wasted 5 hours of my Saturday and I'm not happy. Save yourself some major stress and avoid this place at all cost! more
