EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. I brought in a very expensive white dress with handsewn gold beads on it. They did not have my dress dry cleaned and ready when they said they would. When I picked up my dress four days later, they had burnt the gold beads on it. The employee said that it may due to my sweat glands that turned the gold beads BLACK! Manager was nowhere to be found or contacted. PLEASE do not take any precious clothing items to this place! more

Very unsatisfied 11/18/2008

I brought a very nice oversized down comforter to the cleaner, they lost it, I asked for a reasonable dollar amount to replace it, and they will not pay, now I am forced to bring them to court. :( Very rude men own the company and are very difficult to deal with in this type of situation. Pros: nothing, I have a lost comforter, no reimbursement for a new one, and need to go to court Cons: if they end up losing something of yours you will either have to go to court or accept their unfair reimbursement more

Great Service and The Best Starch in town 3/7/2008

I love Grand Cleaners. They do an awesome job with both mens and womens clothes, my cashmere sweaters come back soft and fluffy; better than new. On the opposite end of the spectrum, they do an amazing job on men's shirts. Their starch holds up to all day business meeting into late nights on the town. I am incredibly impressed with the attention to detail on our clothing... Grand Cleaners delivers results! more

Great Service & Personal Care! 3/7/2008

As a business person who has the wonderful pleasure of wearing suits everyday - regardless of the weather or occasion - I've been getting my drcleaning done for years. Throuhg my travels, etc I been forced to use many different cleaners during this time. I've seen the good, the bad, and the gnawed up. I'm not in the habit of writing or rating places either, unless there is an extreme case, either negative or positive. Grand Cleaners is a shining example of the later. Besides the fact that they deliever on the basics (best starch jobs I've had on my custom made shirts), they always seem to find ways to go over and above. There have been multiple occasions where I've dropped off an article of cloathing perhpas missing a button or with a stain on it that in my huriedness I will have undoubtedly forgotten to mention. Each time I get it back the issue will have been taken care of. This attention to detail has become so common place that most of the time I will not even remember there was something I should have brought to their attention until I'm actually putting on the already fixed article of cloathing. more

Dry cleaning here is not worth the risk! 9/1/2007

I sent in 5 long sleeve shirts for laundry with pressing, and a pair of slacks for dry cleaning. When I got it back the next day, the shirts were fine and well pressed, however, the slacks were torn in three different locations. Discontent with the results, I immediately sent the pants back to show the cleaners what had happened. The following Monday or so, I received a phone call from one of their (The Cleaners) associates. The associate was very unpleasant and very persistent with pushing the blame on me. His rationale was that I (The customer) had applied too much stress on my pants when I was wearing them. (FYI: The slacks were 3 months old, occasionally used, and costed me $88 when I bought it) I demanded that he compensated for the damage that he (his machines) had done to my slacks. He refused and told me he was going to send it to an ""independent"" lab for analysis and would get back to me in a week. Out of frustration and disapproval, I hung up. Who knew there was such a lab for analysis.A week later, and as expected, the results came back proving that I was responsible. My slacks were returned somewhat restored without my authorization. My only regret besides going to them in the first place was not taking snapshots of the tears before handing it over to them. It would have been my only evidence against them if I had made a complaint to the Consumer Services etc. I have dry cleaned this pair of slacks before and have never observed any wear and tear. The first time I send my pants to Grand Cleaners for dry cleaning and I coincidently get 3 tears in three different locations on my pants. Coincidence? I think NOT! more
