I brought my niece and her boyfriend in after they went to a couple of other dealerships where they were not treated very well. It was so smooth and easy at Grand Chute Auto. They even stayed late on a Saturday to finish the paperwork for them.\r more

Great place to get a used auto or truck. Service is outstanding. I have bought my 4th auto from here and got the best service. I have had issues with the vehicle I bought and Craig has been wonderful in accomodating me with a loaner and picking up mine and leaving the loaner for me to use for a few days while my car is looked after. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks. more

My daughter is a recent college grad who was able to get a good paying job, thank goodness!!!! She had to take out a lot of student loans, which lowered her credit. I suggested she go to Grand Chute Auto. She took in her pay stub and license and got everything done in the same day. They were so helpful! I would recommend to others !! more

I was looking for a vehicle. I went to a couple of places but,was not impressed. My friend Liz, recommended Grand Chute Auto. I met Craig at Grand Chute Auto. He was really helpful and focused on finding a car that fit my needs.Arranging the financing only took a few minutes! I really love my G6!!! more

As a young woman with not so hot credit buying my first car seemed impossible. I really needed a car and I kept hearing their commercials and decided to check it out. Craig was so helpful, I didn't feel intimidated like I thought I would and I couldn't believe I was able to LEAVE with a car that day. They worked around my credit issues and got me the Honda I wanted so badly. I was so happy I almost cried. :) I just wanted everyone else to know how awesome this place is. more

They were able to help me out tremendously by splitting up the down payment. They also got me a payment i could afford even with my credit problems. They took my old junker off my hands and now i have a better and safter Sport Utility. Pros: Great Service!! more

Helped us save money and build credit 11/3/2009

We just went through a bankruptcy because of medical bills. Other places wanted 24.9% and 29.9% interest for a vehicle loan. We got a loan at Grand Chute Auto for 6.9%. They gave us options other places wouldn't plus they are reporting our loan to 3 credit reporting agencies. My old credit union only reported to 1. Pros: Best interest rates more

Very Happy! 10/29/2009

I worked with Jody, she was helpful but more important, she took the time to listen to my situation. I wanted an SUV, but she took the time to show me a 7 passenger van, which fit my needs much better. My husband is a big guy, plus we have 4 kids. The SUV was a tight fit and now that gas is almost $3 a gallon I'm glad she got us into the van, plus now my kids have extra room for themselves and their friends. Pros: They listened to my situation more

Not Happy 12/30/2008

I'll make this short and sweet. I received the wrong information about the car I purchased from Grand Chute. Two transmissions later I found out that instead of being an SL1 it's an SL2. Which apperantly makes a difference. I wouldnt mind being reimbersed for the transmission and the incorrect information. Pros: Quick and easy Cons: Gave wrong info. about car more

I've bought 2 vehicles from GRand Chute Auto within the past 15 years, and was very satisfied. In fact, I'm looking to buy a used vehicle this Fall, so that's why I'm online, to get their contact info., so I can shop there first! more
