One of the Best 12/6/2005

I was in need of sunglasses for a vacation that I was taking. I of course waited for the last possible minute. I went to Grand Central Optical because I wanted a good quality pair of sunglasses. The sales people helped me a great deal because I really didn't have a clue what style I wanted. They were not pushy which made me feel at ease. Would not go anywhere else 12/6/2005

I recently found myself in need of glasses. Since its been a few years I asked one of my friends to come with me. She reccommended that we go to her optician. I agreed because she always has on great glasses. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of and not pushed to buy. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs and budget. We even browsed through both stores (on Madison and Grand Central Terminal), it was a pleasant exprience in both. I left with the best pair of glasses I have ever had. I could not be more pleased. I LOVE my glasses 12/5/2005

I have approached that age were I need reading glasses. I was a bit self conscience about needing a pair of glasses. I decided to go to Grand Central Optical because it was convenient to my job and they took my insurance. The staff was very nice and helped me choose a great pair of glasses. I would never go back there 11/14/2005

Custeromer service was very poor and while half of the employees were helpful, the other half were rude. I was getting terrible headaches after they changed my Rx and they told me that they would charge me more to fix the problem. I went somewhere else. I haven't been able to use contacts since. more
