I had a horrible experience here. First I was told the wrong appointment time so when I arrived I was told I was an hour late. They could squeeze me in for a service different then the one I wanted, and I said OK, I should have left then. My mom wanted a facial and massage. She went to wait in the sauna and an hour later had not been called. They said they walked around calling her and blamed her for not being there. Then she was charged as a ""no show"" although she was in the building. Pros: My manicure was okay. Cons: Everything else more

European Facial 1/27/2006

On 12/21/05 I decided to use a gift certificate I had been given. I chose a European Facial and was not disappointed! It was a very relaxing experience. The staff was professional and courteous. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The facial was awesome...will definitely go back for another in the future! My only regret was not having the time to stay and enjoy the rest of the facilities. more

Good Treatment, Bad Service 7/7/2005

I recently visited the MGM Grand Spa for a body scrub and after being kept waiting over 35 minutes past my appointment time, my treatment began (only because I brought it to the staff's attention). The treatment room was drab, with no music or ambiance and the technician made no attempt to make small talk. The treatment was adequate and after complaining about the wait, the staff provided me with free products. However, I would not recommend this spa due to the lack of service.
