My family has seen Graffton Dermatology for about 2 years. I called to make an appointmentand was told that I had a balance and I that I could not make an appointment. I was given their billing number. I called and was told that I owed 12 dollars and that it needed to be paid. I told the lady that was not a problem but I had never received a bill and that it was upsetting that my account was placed on hold over 12 dollars. My child was seeing them once a month for a long period of time and it wasnt that long ago that she did see them and I was not told about a balance then. I was told in a very ugly manner that no matter what I said that I couldnt not change the policy. I then asked to speak to the office manager, which she argued that she was going to tell me the same thing. I finnally got to speak to their office manager and explained to her what happened. I told her that I would like to pay the 12 dollar bill and that my family would not be using their practice anymore. \r

They have very kind and caring doctors but their staff is very ugly and can careless about the patients.
