I've been going to Grafton Dermatolgy for years. My father has as well. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly. I see Dr. Grafton and he is amazing! He always has a smile on his face, he's very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge by answering any questions I might have and offers suggestions as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know I have many choices when it comes to Dermatologists but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I've always been 100% satisfied! more

I hadn't been to the doctor in about three years. I had a problem arise I called and got a appointment they sent me a link to update my information when I went in they treated me as if I had been there two days ago! The doctor took care of my problem. I was treated with professional care and respect! more

Awesome Dr. appointment 4/27/2017

My wait time was less than 5 minutes and Dr. Grafton performed a very through skin examination and spent ample time with me answering questions that I had. more

Excellent Service 10/28/2016

convenient service. Husband already had appointment scheduled for later on during the week & they scheduled me to go in with him so it saved us an extra trip & a lot of time. Staff is always very friendly. Lobby & exam rooms are always very clean. Me & my husband were both accessed separately in the same room & both given adequate time & fully examined, questions answered, pamphlets given to us, all scripts called in for us & we were given the option to schedule follow up or call at later date if we decided we needed one. Entire staff was very friendly & helpful as they always are. I highly recommend Grafton Dermatology! more

terrible visit 6/29/2016

I had my first and last appointment with your office yesterday. My appointment was for 8:45 and didn't see the doctor until 10:30. Evidently you assume my time is unimportant or you have severe clerical issues. I made this appointment because I have skin problems from being in the sun. I am not contagious. You acted as if you would catch something from me. The "zapped" area on my cheek was "zapped" so little it hasn't even blistered. What a disappointment this office visit was. David Dolci more
