You guys are the best! Our 2002 Explorer is running absolutely flawless after the transmission flush, filter and fluid replacement you performed for us Tuesday. The way the transmission was behaving before we brought it to you...I really thought this was going to be an expensive venture. $188 later, the truck drives like new once again! I wanted to tell you about my recent experience at Graff's Garage. I was having trouble with my Ford Explorer and someone driving with me thought it might be my transmission. I went the Graff's Garage shop in Baltimore where I left my car there for the whole day. The manager, called me later that day to tell me they went through my whole transmission, test drove it two times, and could find nothing wrong with it. They then performed another test on my tires and told me that is where the problem was. Something in my transfer case was kicking on and off because of that tire problem. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them. It would have been easy for them to adjust my tires and told me that it was a transmission problem. But they chose to take the high road and do the right thing. When I do have a transmission problem, or anyone I know has one, Guess where I will go, Graff's Garage. I thought you would like to know. more
