Grace's Hairscapes & Spa

I have been a customer of Grace's Dayspa for many years. What keeps me going is the quality of the work and attentiveness of the staff. Grace is eager to please and has tremendous talent. I have recieved compliments on my hair over and over, and as result, have referred many clients to her. They too are quite satisfied with their results. She recently added a new manicurist to her staff. I seldom indulge in this but decided to try it out. I was so pleased that I just may add this to my ""maintainence"" program! My sister and I took my mom here for Mothers Day to get manicures and pedicures and were in there for 3 hours. I had given myself a french manicure probably a week before we went and it looked 100 times better than when i left this salon. We all had nail polish all over our toes. My sister asked the lady to redo one nail and the woman rolled her eyes and she ended up using the wrong color and the woman didn't even acknowledge it. The older woman doing manicures doesn't know how to do french manicures, she had to have another lady come over and do it. I have never been so dissatisfied with my nails. I'm questioning whether or not they are certified to do nails. We were all in different rooms how special is that when we are there celebrating Mothers Day. All three of us need to go get our french manicures done elsewhere. Then when we cashed out it was $90 each which is out of control especially when there website has prices that aren't close to that. The owner didn't even tell us the price she just swiped our cards and handed us the papers to sign. Never payed so much and have been so unhappy. I will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there. Pros: ofered chocolate covered strawberries and champagne Cons: way over priced, unprofessional french manicures more

I went into the salon a few weeks back and I am very satisfied. I had the owner Grace highlight, cut, and style my hair and it came out very nice. The room I was in was very relaxing with quiet music playing. All I can say is that I will be back there for sure. Pros: Great work with hair, very friendly staff Cons: None more

I have been to Grace's twice now, once for a massage and once for a haircut/color. Both experiences have been positive. Christina, my massage therapist, was very good and really targeted my lower back where I'd had some back spasms. Shayna listened to my issues with my difficult hair and together we came up with a successful cut that camouflaged some of the damage I had done to my bangs (don't ask! lol). She also put in some pretty lowlights and touched up my roots.\r \r I must say that I am very impressed by Grace's attention to customer service following some questions I had after my massage. She handled everything beautifully - many businesses could learn from her. \r \r I'll be back, next for a facial in December. It's nice to find a business where great customer service is practiced and I feel I'm getting good value for my money. Pros: Excellent massage and haircut.
