I do believed that this facility had damaged my car. Last May, I took my 1997 Acura to this facility for a regular oil changed. While the service was performed, the Service Manager told me that my brake fluid is dirty, my left front Axle CV Booth has no greased and needs to be replaced. When I asked for an estimate, they told me roughly around $300.00. I authorized them for the service to replaced the CV Axle booth but when I took the car home, I have some strange shuddering noise. I was thinking it would go away but didn't. After a month or so, took the car to a ""WHEEL ALIGNMENT"" shop and was told that my car left front ""CV Axle/Booth is loose.\r
Took the car back to Grace Honda, I was told that a $75.00 fee is needed to have the car ""CV Axle/Booth re-inspected. After several hours, I went down to talked to the Service Manager what they found out and service manager talked to the mechanic. My WHEEL BEARING was damage. I don't think the service manager knows what he was talking about when he said that the wheel bearing that was damage has nothing to do with the CV Axle Booth that was replaced a month ago. Well, they asked me a total of $876.00 for the repair of the Wheel Bearing. I didn't authorized the repair and took the car to another repair facility and found out that the failure of the car ""WHEEL BEARING"" was caused by CV Booth replacement. Since the CV Axle booth was not installed properly and was loose, it cause the car Wheel Bearing to fail. Just like I said, never have this problem before with my car until they have replaced my ""CV AXLE BOOTH"". Well, I lost $75.00 for the re-inspection fee by Grace Honda and of course also damage my car for replacement of the ""CV Axle/Booth. Also, the service manager said to me that the re-inspection fee was waiveable if it has nothing to do with the ""CV Axle Booth"". He was wrong. AGAIN, I am asking everyone, ""DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR"" to GRACE HONDA as it would create more damage to your car repairs.
Pros: BAD BAD SERVICE
Cons: VERY BAD SERVICE
