Good Service Department 5/31/2006

Very professional, very clean, they were pretty accurate estimating how much time it would take. I went in for a vehicle inspection and they were very thorough. \r \r It is a high volume business. They are working on a ton of cars at the same time.\r \r The only thing that would make this great is if they didn't charge dealer prices - but I guess you can't have everything in this world. more

When I lived in South Pasadena, I always took my car to Goudy Honda. They were always quick, and very efficient in getting the necessary work done for my car. Their prices are pretty expensive, as are prices when you usually take your car to the dealer rather than a regular auto body shop, but I always felt comfortable taking my car. I used to get free oil changes there because of some of the services I had done, so that was a nice little bonus. All in all, Goudy Honda is a good auto repair place that knows their Hondas. Decent 11/1/2005

I bought my first new car there and the service was good, but what would you expect from a dealership if they want your money? They did everything they can to accomodate my asking price. Needless to say I got my car for a decent price. They even threw in car mats. more

excellent service 9/10/2005

I bought my first brand new Honda and I was very satisfied with the service and the deal I got. The sales person was very nice and patient. I was able to get the price and payment set up to my budget. I was treated very well and I was accomodated throughout the day, until I left with my new car. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used. more

They are great 4/20/2005

We had a problem with our car when we were out of town and I called a friend who recommended this place. They were great. They fixed our car within a couple of hours and they didnt charge a fortune for the work. We were really happy they were around when we really needed them. more
