I went in there 3 times, one for oil change which I have no complaints about. Second was lighter/CD fuse blown out (which I knew before going) and third was for a dead battery. \r

The last 2 attempts the sales lady at the counter was trying hard to sell the service checks (priced at $44.95 (in order to find out what fuse was blown! duh!), $29.95 (battery, alternator, starter check! yea right!). which I duly declined as I knew what was wrong in the first place. BTW, to keep the records straight I paid $1.50 for the fuse and $6 for getting battery replaced (under warranty). \r

So if you hear the lady trying to sell you something, just state what needs to be done and you don't need any extra checks.\r
For the battery installation they made me wait for hour and half saying they need to get the battery from somewhere (I confirmed over phone if they had the battery in stock before going, and they said Yes!). Finally found a battery on display (yea! right!) and installed it. \r
