The guy who initially helped me (Chris) was great- friendly, accommodating, and willing to beat competitors prices. This is why I decided to try this shop. \r
Once there, the manager (J. Hamilton), aggressively inserted himself after I had already signed an invoice and offered to do a free alignment check. He incorrectly took my acquiescence to do the free check as permission to do further work and then he charged me without showing me a written estimate or discussing further. I got the distinct impression that desperation for customer money has overwhelmed the moral compass as I heard him try to milk a few more dollars out of an elderly woman who was also waiting. Do you want fries with that?\r
Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I will definitely not be using this shop again.
