The guy who initially helped me (Chris) was great- friendly, accommodating, and willing to beat competitors prices. This is why I decided to try this shop. \r Once there, the manager (J. Hamilton), aggressively inserted himself after I had already signed an invoice and offered to do a free alignment check. He incorrectly took my acquiescence to do the free check as permission to do further work and then he charged me without showing me a written estimate or discussing further. I got the distinct impression that desperation for customer money has overwhelmed the moral compass as I heard him try to milk a few more dollars out of an elderly woman who was also waiting. Do you want fries with that?\r Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I will definitely not be using this shop again. more

We have their membership and whatever job we have to get done on the car tires, this is the place we go. \r \r Its now under a new management and they removed the soda machine from there. I don't know why ! Anyway, their service is ordinary, nothing outstanding about it. They have a small waiting area, which I find very unclean and the free coffee is a big joke. The person who sits at the reception is not always in a mood to smile. more
