I'm writing this from the perspective of someone who donates things frequently. This is most inconvenient location ever. In order to give, you need to carry your stuff up some stairs and usually have to wrestle a door open yourself on a landing that doesn't have a lot of room. Sometimes there is an attendant who opens the door, but they don't seem to show up until after you're inside. They act like it's a burden to hand you the receipt to fill out. I've been giving to this location for several years and this rude treatment has never changed. If it wasn't for my knowledge of the good works of Goodwill and the tax breaks, I'd throw my things away instead of being treated like this.
