We went to this location to register two cars from out of state; we were there for almost two hours. When we got there, no one was in line. The manager had two employees working but said it was new software??
Well, the person who took us had to be coached through the entire registration process. Meanwhile, other people came, got serviced and left. Then, finally done w/car #1 and guess what? She had to be coached through car registration #2. The manager never stepped in to speed things up, never asked the other employee to help out. I felt like they should have paid ME for my time, not us paying them for the service.
My opinion, train the employee on YOUR time, not mine :)
