My son has been cared for the pediatricians at Goodlettsville Pediatrics since he was first born. Dr Patterson was at the hospital to check on him with in 2 hours of his birth! I was still in recovery when she showed up! Dr Johnson also came to the hospital when he was diagnosed with jaundice, and helped with his treatment. They came all 4 days he was in the hospital after his birth. Dr Johnson helped ease the feelings and anxieties of this new mom, she answered all my questions and never would try and rush off. He will be 3 in June and this is the only place I feel comfortable taking him because I know I will get the best care for him with the knowledgeable and experienced physicians. Their bedside manner is impeccable I can only speak for Dr Johnson and Dr Patterson because they the ones he has been seen by,
The office staff is wonderful!! Always patient , friendly, caring , and efficient.! I wish my own drs office was this reliable. They have an in house lab where they can check blood and eye exams, and more. The billing office is even helpful and I could go on and on. Even though we moved and it is further to drive, I will stay with Dr Heather Johnson, she has give me much needed advice, She has helped me raise a healthy boy mentally , physically, and psychological, with all new knowledge, she is very easy to talk to.
The office is neat and clean, large area! They have an area for sick children and an area for well children.
They are open on Saturdays. This is a place to take your children, if you are looking for exceptional care.
