Yummy but expensive 5/7/2011

Too expensive for what you get... more

Un-apologetic weather wusses 12/28/2010

If you dare to order a cake from Goodberrys in the winter, don't pay in advance! Beware that these guys totally wuss out with winter weather and will close for days on end, then be completely un-apologetic if you inform them that you actually needed that cake when they were closed. more

Not a great experience 6/30/2008

My wife and I tried if for the first time today. We found the products adequate, if a bit pricey. In fact, I asked the price of the two items. When I got home and figured out the sales tax, I realized that I had been charged $8.40 instead of $8.04. Bit of dyslexia, I guess. I doubt we'll go back. more

Best treat ever on a hot Carolina day. 5/5/2008

Only Pinkberry could beat Goodberry's, and since we don't have them here in the triangle that makes Goodberry's my first choice for frozen custard. You could get a concrete every day for a year and not get the same thing twice with their huge list of ingredients; fresh fruit, candy, malt, cookies, they have it. There is one specialty flavor of custard scheduled every day and a calendar that you can keep up with for your favorites. Pros: Fresh, creamy custard. Variety of toppings. Cons: Occasional crowds more

YUM! 10/22/2007

definitely a great choice if you are looking for a more figure friendly ice cream and doesn't sacrifice taste! They have a sugar free vanilla that is sweetened with splenda that is probably the best sugar free ice cream i have ever tasted! concrete is also great! enjoy :) Cons: If its cold dont go ;) more

delicious icecream, goodprices, good location 11/24/2006

The Goodberry's inm Cary is a wonderful place to get icecream. It is always full of people, and they have really good icecream. The pricing is good compared to other icecream stores. A small is about $2.00 and the kiddie sizes ( which are actually pretty big) are $1.75. They use real fruit, milk, sugar, and everything else. All the icecream is made fresh. It has a better taste than other places since it's really frozen custard. Pros: yummy, kid-friendly, outdoors, good location in the middle of shopping centers Cons: when it'scold you have to eat outside more

Best Ice Cream and Dessert!!! 10/10/2006

This is, by far, the Best in Cary. This joint is always busy, always packed. The locals love it, especially Hurricanes hockey player Aaron Ward. The ice cream is so, so savory. It really puts Dairy Queen to shame with their blizzards. Great for kids and adults alike, don't miss this opportunity to come here when visting Cary. Pros: Good for families, good for kids. Fast service. Cons: PACKED TO THE MAX more

Reminds me of my childhood 6/8/2006

I grew up in the Midwest, and going to Ted Drewes for frozen custard when we lived in Missouri was always a special treat for me. It's been YEARS AND YEARS since I've been back, but when my husband and I were touring the Raleigh area recently, we came across Goodberry's. Pros: Ambiance, Tasty custard, Outdoors Cons: Can be a little pricey more

Very Disapointing... 7/22/2003

I saw a long line so i gave it a try. had to park accross the street because the parking lot is very small. waited almost 20 minutes while the high school kids working were joking around more than waiting on customers. even what i thought was the manager was playing more than working. had to pay over $4 for mint chocolate chip that i couldnt get in a cone, and by the time i received it, it was almost melted already. their response was ""it's natural with no preservatives, so it melts quickly"" - if i wanted a shake i would have ordered one. then there are no tables, had to sit on a dirty wooden tree planter to eat my ""custard"" next time i'll go to the store, pay $3 for a half gallon of non-melting ice cream and sit on my comfortable couch. Pros: lots of toppings Cons: horrible parking, over rated, terrible service more

Very Fresh Fruit Toppings 6/3/2003

The fruit toppings they use always taste fresh, and their special sundaes and concretes are almost always satisfying! I've rarely been disappointed. more

Pistachio is the BEST! 2/21/2003

Goodberry's is obsolutely wonderful frozen custard. They have great CONCRETEs and sundaes. Their pistachio is the BEST that I have ever had. Try it! You'll love it! Pros: great service, wonderful custard Cons: needs drive-thru, no warm place to sit more

yummmmmmmY! 2/20/2003

This place is wonderful, but there is nowhere to sit and enjoy the palce. It is on a very busy street in Cary,NC. But it is a fun, stop, run in, grab custurd and go... My kids loved this place. Cary was our hometown and we did this on Friday afternoons after swimming... Great pastime. more

custard not ice cream 2/7/2003

custard just does not get enough presss it is certainly better than any ice cream I'v tasted... Any place where you serve up a varity yet in a catagory to allow a speciality and be successful desreves ""the best in triangle"" more

Don't leave Raleigh without it. 12/13/2002

If you're ever in the Raleigh-Durham area, Goodberry's is a must. It is easily the best treat you will have anywhere in North America. Seriously, and it's affordable too! more

Oh my God! 11/12/2002

This stuff is better than....well, let's just say it's GOOD STUFF! There's nothing else like it! It's a great place for family or couples...I think it's kinda romantic too! more

not all that 11/5/2002

When I first moved here 6 years ago I heard all the rave about Goodberry's. Over the years I've been to 4 different Goodberry's and honestly, there's nothing to write home about. I'm floored this was rated as 2002 Audience Winner for Best Dessert . . . it's just icecream! It shouldn't even be in the same category as Mad Hatter's, Francescas, Fearringtons, Edible Art. If you want great ice cream put your money into Breyers. If you want the 'Best' ice cream, go to Cold Stone Creamery or Mountain Slab Creamery - INCREDIBLE TASTE! Cons: Expensive more

Goodberry's is Good Eats 10/2/2002

The best ice cream in the Triangle. You can get it any way you want it. That says it all. Pros: Good Parking, Great Ice Cream Cons: Crowded more

not good 9/26/2002
