I've been taking my cars here over the past 18 months and have found the folks at Good Neighbor truly to be, GREAT Neighbors! Service is friendly and quick. I tell eveyone that each time I go in and ask question or have my automobile repaired, I feel I have gotten the best deal in time. No hidden charges, no hand of sight deals, just staright honest service. You have the best customer service in town. more

Needed New Rims and Fast! 2/19/2010

Travis (and Russell) - RENTON - both helped me fix my flat tire and get new rims for my vehicle. They were both EXCELLENT SALES PERSONNEL: Congenial, honest, patient, informative and flexible. I truly enjoyed the service they gave me, and just might ditch my mechanic for Good Tire!!! Also, the mechanics at Good Tire do great, quality work and are very quick! I am impressed with them!!! Overall, I right Good Tire in Renton - 5 STARS! more

New Breaks 1/31/2010

I brought in my car for new breaks and ended up having to get a new serpentine belt, new tires, and an oil change. None of these things surprised me as the car needed all of these things. I have had multitude of bad experiences at car mechanics from private garages to dealerships so I was impressed with the high reviews that Goodyear has received and made my appointment with them. I was impressed that they could get me in quickly, they worked with my schedule, they offered me a loaner without me even requesting it, and they were super fast. I was impressed also how professionally they treated me and how transparent their pricing structure was. The speed of all that work was amazing. I dropped it off at 9 AM and it was ready by 1:30 PM. I've had other companies take that long just for the diagnostic. I will certainly be returning! more

Everytime I go to this store I get the results I want. I never worry about the job being done right because it is. Done right first time every time. Their estimates are usually higher than actual cost. more
